I'm a 24-year-old engineer & product manager in Orange County, California. My path started at the Technical University of Denmark, Copenhagen, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering, specializing in Cyber Systems. But somewhere between developing software and hardware, I fell down the wearables rabbit hole and never climbed back out.

The fall happened at EPOS. I joined as a part-time Junior PM in October 2023, alongside my degree, and became Product Manager in January 2025. Some of the headsets I helped launch used BrainAdapt, EPOS's neuroscience technology for reducing listening fatigue. I didn't build it; the products already had it. But it got me wondering how much draining stimulus we absorb in a normal day, and whether a wearable could measure it. So I went looking for the groups at the Technical University of Denmark working on that question, and built my thesis around it.
